Photo Consent Form

Use this photo and video consent form to make sure you have the right permissions in place to take photographs and videos of children. Taking lots of footage is one of the best ways of documenting your day, and seeing children playing and learning outdoors will help inspire others to get involved.

Please share your photos  and videos with us so we can use them to encourage more people to get involved. When sending your images and/or videos to us, please also include a signed photo/video consent form. We have provided two options, depending on your policy.

1. Please send a copy of your school’s photography policy and the teacher consent form to say we have permission to use them.

2. If you don’t already have permissions in place, click the download button below to use this parent/guardian template letter and consent form to send to parents of the children participating in your Outdoor Classroom Day activity. Once you have received permission from parents or guardians, please download and send us this teacher consent form when submitting your footage.
